You take on the professional coordination between internal departments, IT partners and external software suppliers.
You identify and structure professional as well as technical requirements together with the relevant stakeholders.
You analyse existing business processes, identify optimisation potentials and model processes according to BPMN 2.0.
You organise and moderate workshops to capture different interests and develop viable solution approaches.
You document requirements and solution concepts using UML, use cases, process diagrams and other suitable methods.
You define test cases, support the execution of tests and analyse errors within the scope of quality assurance.
You accompany the introduction of new or adapted solutions through user training and support.
You advise departments on process questions, professional challenges and the further development of their applications.
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing or a comparable field.
You bring experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably at a Swiss bank or in consulting.
You are familiar with the requirements and processes around Front Channels and digital customer interfaces in the financial sector.
You know BSI CRM and/or Finnova.
You have experience in gathering, specifying and managing requirements as well as in process design for financial institutions.
You master methods for process modelling and concept documentation, especially BPMN 2.0 and ideally UML.
You have business fluent German skills.
