Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager Architecture for the handling and management of demanding architectural projects in the Basel region. You will take responsibility for project design, planning and coordination and simultaneously contribute to competitions and architectural studies. A particular focus lies on the creatively and technically high-quality development of projects as well as CAD planning with ArchiCAD. You will coordinate internal project teams, specialist planners, clients and authorities and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and planning requirements.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of architectural projects across several SIA planning phases
Development and coordination of conceptual, project, approval and execution planning
Participation and responsibility in architectural competitions, study commissions and feasibility studies
Creation and further development of 3D models, project and planning documents with ArchiCAD
Development and coordination of constructive details, materialisations and architectural solutions
Leadership and coordination of specialist planners and internal project participants as well as management of planning interfaces
Coordination with clients, authorities and other project partners during project design
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards as well as cantonal and municipal building regulations
Responsibility for schedule planning, planning quality and project organisation within the projects managed
Conducting plan and quality controls and ensuring consistent project documentation
Supporting projects during the transition from the concept and design phase to execution planning
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH or university level
Several years of professional experience in project management and design of architectural projects in Switzerland
Experience with competitions, studies and demanding building projects
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD and 3D planning
Sound knowledge of relevant SIA standards as well as Swiss planning and approval procedures
Experience in coordinating specialist planners and project participants
Very good German language skills spoken and written
