Role:
Our client supports companies in the reliable operation and further development of their IT infrastructure. The team combines solid Microsoft expertise with a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage customer environments with a focus on Azure and Intune, handle demanding support cases, and independently implement technical adjustments. At the same time, you will contribute your own ideas to improve the systems and continuously develop your expertise in a dynamic technology environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the ongoing IT operation of customer environments with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Intune
Handling incidents and requests in 2nd-level support in collaboration with 1st level
Performing regular maintenance work as well as implementing minor and medium changes
Further development and optimisation of existing IT infrastructures
Receiving and coordinating customer enquiries with internal specialists and external suppliers
Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring smooth communication
Taking over technical responsibility for selected products and solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training in system technology or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in system administration or system engineering
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365 as well as Windows Server and clients
Current Microsoft cloud certifications or willingness to obtain them
High customer orientation, independent working style, and strong team spirit
Structured and reliable approach as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
Willingness to perform maintenance tasks outside of usual operating hours
Very good German skills and good English skills
Driving licence category B
