IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You provide 1st and 2nd level support in the Microsoft environment – remotely and on site
You assist customers with ERP applications and technical issues
You ensure a secure, stable and reliable IT operation
You manage end devices with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune
You perform troubleshooting and regular maintenance tasks according to established processes
Qualifications:
You have 3-5 years of experience in IT support and IT infrastructure, including direct customer contact
You have practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint as well as Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
You possess basic knowledge in networking
You work communicatively, service- and solution-oriented
You have very good German and good English; a category B driving licence is an advantage
