Customer Advisor (M/F)

Mandated by one of our clients active in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for temporary customer advisors at 60/80%

As part of your duties, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Welcoming customers
  
• Identifying needs and advising customers
  
• Selling subscriptions and telephone devices
  
• Resolving minor faults on devices
  
• Carrying out inventories and placing orders
• Making telephone calls

• Federal VET Diploma in sales is an advantage
  
• Professional experience in telecommunications
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Easy contact with customers
  
• Very good command of French
  
• Good IT skills
