Your duties

• Welcome guests with elegance, professionalism and friendliness
• Ensure the first point of contact and offer a quality customer experience from their arrival
• Accompany guests to their table and ensure their proper seating
• Work closely with the floor teams to guarantee smooth service
• Respond to guests’ requests courteously and efficiently
• Contribute to the high-end image of Hôtel Beaulac

Your profile

• Excellent presentation and a natural sense of hospitality
• Very good interpersonal skills and a strong liking for contact with an international clientele
• Fluent French is essential
• Fluent English is essential
• Dynamic, smiling person comfortable in a demanding environment
• Previous experience in high-end hospitality, catering or reception is an asset
• Holder of a valid work permit and residing in Neuchâtel or its surroundings
