PLC Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for project management of the entire automation section, including the creation of software and customer documentation
- Implement concepts and realise customer-specific requirements as central tasks
- Independently develop and implement PLC and HMI software
- Work on projects based on order specifications and functional descriptions
- Make an important contribution to the further development of products in the field of control technology
- Support commissioning of systems on the test bench
- Monitor test runs and coordinate interfaces with customers, PLS systems, and visualisation solutions
- Actively support customer service through telephone support and worldwide assignments
Qualifications:
- Basic electrical engineering training as well as a degree as an electrical engineer or HF technician specialising in electrical engineering or automation
- Several years of professional experience (2-3 years) in plant, machine, or apparatus construction
- Solid expertise in PLC programming, especially with Siemens S7 (Classic & TIA environment)
- Familiarity with HMI control platforms such as Siemens WinCC flex or similar systems
- Confident command of programming languages such as AWL, FUP, and Structured Text
- Fluent language skills in German and English complete the profile
