• You design the digital corporate architecture of tomorrow and are responsible for the overall technological architecture of our corporate applications as well as the data and integration landscape
• You develop and maintain the company-wide IT architecture roadmap, define architectural principles, technology standards and best practices, and evaluate new technologies in terms of benefits, risks and strategic suitability
• You ensure a scalable, secure and maintainable system landscape and are responsible for the architecture of integrations between ERP, CRM, HR, production, e-commerce, retail and other corporate applications
• You define integration standards, API and interface concepts and optimise as well as standardise data flows across various platforms.
• You develop a consistent data architecture across all business systems, define data models, master data structures and data integration concepts, and support the assurance of data quality, data consistency and data governance requirements
• You support the definition of development guidelines and quality standards, ensure compliance with architectural specifications in projects and changes, and conduct architecture reviews and technical approvals
• You work closely with internal development teams and external implementation partners and advise product owners, project managers, developers and departments as a technical sparring partner
• You support strategic technology decisions, translate business requirements into sustainable technical solution architectures and participate in international digitalisation, IT and transformation projects

• You have a qualification or degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience as an IT architect, solution architect or enterprise architect as well as sound knowledge of modern integration and software architectures
• You have experience with API management, middleware and integration platforms as well as knowledge in data architecture, data warehousing and data modelling
• Ideally, you have experience with ERP, CRM and business applications as well as cloud platforms

• You work analytically, structured, independently and solution-oriented and convince with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and can convey complex technical matters understandably
• You are a team player with a strong customer and service orientation as well as good moderation skills
• You have very good German and English skills and identify with the Läderach Charter
