You monitor IT, OT and telecommunications systems for reliable operation
You handle disruptions and events in a structured manner within incident management
In the SOC, you analyse and process security-relevant incidents
You find suitable solutions for complex network, IT and security disruptions
Additionally, you coordinate 2nd level, field services and external partners
Qualifications:
You complement your studies in computer science, network technology or cybersecurity with technical know-how in IT and networking
You are familiar with monitoring and ticketing tools
Security, monitoring, automation and AI particularly interest you
Fluent in German and English, Italian is a plus, willingness for 24/7 shift work
