IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)

Installation, configuration and commissioning of software solutions in on-premise and cloud environments
Ensuring stable operation of the installed customer systems including remote support and on-call duty
Analysis and resolution of technical faults in software and hardware components
Coordination between technical, development, project management and customers on technical issues
Conducting customer training as well as creating and maintaining system, installation and configuration documentation
Qualifications:
Training in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable technical qualification; career changers with strong IT interest welcome
Good knowledge of relevant operating systems and interest in software solutions and their technical interrelations
Enjoyment of customer support, support and training as well as strong communication skills
Networked thinking, quick comprehension and independent, solution-oriented working style
Fluent German, English and French advantageous
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
