An 80% HR Specialist on a Permanent Contract
You hold the Federal Certificate of HR Specialist and have proven experience in HR administrative management and payroll processing. Your rigour and analytical skills allow you to ensure the quality of services provided independently. You are looking for an HR role in a rapidly evolving environment.

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will join a small team taking operational responsibility for personnel administration, including payroll and social security management for a Foundation with more than 350 employees, spread across four activity centres and transversal services.
A true local point of contact, you support employees throughout the HR life cycle: recruitment, integration, personnel administration, absences, social insurance and departures, working time management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the administrative management of the employee life cycle, from entry to departure, and guarantee the reliability and updating of HR data.
- Manage payroll and elements related to absences, social insurance, family allowances and associated procedures.
- Ensure the proper application of processes, internal procedures and legal provisions, as well as the quality and confidentiality of HR data.
- Support colleagues in training management, sorting recruitment files, and correspondence addressed to staff.
- Work independently under the supervision of the HR Director and coordinate HR administrative activities with the support of colleagues.
- Assist management in identifying simplifications and automation of personnel administrative procedures.
- Participate in or lead various HR projects.
Your profile
- Specific training in human resources (federal certificate, other).
- At least 10 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role with solid knowledge of Swiss labour law and an environment subject to a collective labour agreement.
- Strong command of personnel administration and payroll processes, as well as good knowledge of social insurance and labour law.
- Good command of common IT tools and HR systems; knowledge of ProConcept and Tipee is an asset.
- Ease in handling varied issues and a strong interest in discovering new fields.
- Excellent prioritisation, analysis, synthesis and communication skills.
- Particular interest in compliance with standards and a keen sense of organisation and planning.
- Open-mindedness, flexibility and empathy.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present a criminal record extract less than 3 months old.
