Project Manager Sanitary Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take on the independent planning and implementation of demanding sanitary projects and accompany them from the concept phase to successful realisation. You are the central interface between customers, site management and the project team, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution. With your leadership skills and technical know-how, you motivate your team and ensure sustainable solutions in the field of building technology.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and implementation of challenging sanitary projects across all project phases
Coordination and control of planning and execution processes in communication with customers, site managers and specialist partners
Customer support as the central contact person during project planning and realisation
Leadership, organisation and motivation of the project team to ensure efficient and high-quality workflows
Monitoring of deadlines, quality and project goals
Ensuring economical and technically flawless project implementation
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and promotion of smooth collaboration
Support in optimising project processes and internal standards
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as sanitary installer EFZ, building technology planner sanitary or comparable technical education
Ideally further training as technician HF building technology or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in sanitary engineering and project management
Experience in planning, coordinating and implementing building technology projects
Strong sense of responsibility as well as high customer and service orientation
Leadership skills, teamwork and enjoyment in motivating and developing employees
Independent, structured and resilient working style
Confident appearance and pronounced communication skills
Driving licence category B
Fluent German language skills
