As part of its project activities focused on the restoration and preservation of heritage, as well as the transformation and adaptation of historic buildings, Féroé Architectes SA wishes to strengthen its team by recruiting:

An Architect (M/F) 80-100%

Responsibilities:

• preparation of files and plans for building permits
• preparation of calls for tenders and submissions
• creation of execution and detail plans
• site management
• organisation, planning and monitoring of pre-execution and execution phases
• cost management

Profile sought:

• architect E-IAUG, EPF, HES, ETH or equivalent
• minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in construction in Switzerland
• interest in heritage conservation and site experience
• knowledge of legislation and SIA standards
• ability to integrate and work within a team
• easy contact, good communication skills, interpersonal sense
• good command of French and ease in writing
• organisational skills and versatility
• motivated, persevering, dynamic and flexible person, rigorous and autonomous
• analytical, synthetic and logical thinking
• ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• good command of IT tools, Word, Excel, Autocad, Indesign, Photoshop, Sketchup
