Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Role:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for the independent planning and realisation of building services engineering projects. You will handle projects according to the specifications of the client or overall project management and accompany them from planning and dimensioning through tendering to execution. In addition to technical planning, you will take on tasks in local site supervision, cost control and client support. The position offers a versatile combination of planning, project coordination and practical support during realisation.

Responsibilities:

• Independent planning and realisation of building services engineering projects within the assigned specialist area

• Handling projects along the relevant SIA phases from planning to realisation

• Performing technical calculations, dimensioning and variant studies

• Creating and processing project, execution and detail plans using CAD

• Preparing tender documents, specifications and technical descriptions

• Conducting local site supervision and monitoring professional and timely execution

• Controlling construction progress, quality and technical requirements on site

• Checking measurements, contractor invoices, change orders and billing documents

• Coordinating with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors

• Providing direct technical advice and support to the client during planning and realisation

• Accompanying acceptances, defect rectifications and project handovers

• Supporting the preparation of fee offers and effort estimates

Qualifications:

• Completed basic training as a building services planner EFZ or equivalent technical education

• Professional experience in the planning and realisation of building services engineering projects

• Solid CAD skills and experience in creating project and execution documents

• Knowledge of the relevant SIA phases and Swiss building services engineering standards

• Experience in tendering, site supervision and cost control is an advantage

• Confident use of Microsoft Office

• Good German language skills spoken and written
