As part of a departure, we are recruiting a:
Multi-site Caretaker (100%) Permanent Contract
Salary scale: 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)
Location: Multi-sites (Vevey, Territet, Aigle.)
Start date: ideally 1 November 2026
What you bring to our mission
You ensure the upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of premises and buildings, notably contributing to cleaning and tidying common areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Your key responsibilities
Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, ensure maintenance of installations and follow up on breakdowns.
Organise sorting, recycling and waste management.
Carry out various administrative tasks, manage orders and monitor cleaning product stocks.
Perform periodic checks, notably regarding fire protection.
Maintain good relations with partners, neighbours and colleagues, and respond to requests by directing them if necessary.
Ensure the circulation of useful information to all departments, in liaison with management.
Your profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an operations agent or in a technical field relevant to the role
Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical building management
Driving licence, category B
Experience in stock and order management.
Basic knowledge of safety (notably fire safety).
Ability to work independently, organisational skills and versatility.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
Good command of French (spoken and written), and computer tools.
