IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers and act as a crucial interface between them, the software, as well as project managers and development. You ensure that users can fully exploit the potential of Amacos by providing quick and competent support in daily operations. You guarantee reliable technical operation of the respective environment and keep stability and availability in view. Through your commitment, you contribute significantly to the efficient, smooth, and sustainable use of the software.
Responsibilities:
You support customers via telephone, email, and ticket system and resolve support requests competently and pragmatically
In this role, you deploy products in Windows environments and support Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, as well as RDS and RD-Gateway
As an IT System Engineer, you participate in customer projects from configuration and data import to onboarding and training
You document solutions and maintain the knowledge base
In this role, you work closely with development on error analyses
As an IT System Engineer, you contribute to continuous product improvements
Qualifications:
You have completed training, ideally as an IT specialist EFZ, or have a comparable qualification.
You have good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networks as well as solid know-how in RDS and RD-Gateway.
You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy direct customer contact.
You bring technical understanding of software, data structures, as well as import and export processes.
Ideally, you have initial experience in IT support and are characterised by willingness to learn, initiative, and team spirit.
You have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
