Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
The company is a traditional Swiss family business that develops and produces high-quality modular furniture and furnishing systems for modern work and living environments.

Responsibilities:
You are a versatile interface between financial accounting, group controlling, and cross-departmental projects, supporting where finance expertise and implementation strength are required.
You actively contribute to consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting and gradually expand your controlling know-how.
At the same time, you take on a deputy role in the general ledger and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as audits and internal controls.
The further development of the internal control system (ICS) and the continuous improvement of financial processes are also part of your diverse responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A further qualification with a professional certificate in finance and accounting or an equivalent solid qualification forms your professional basis.
You bring at least five years of experience in financial accounting and are confident in closing processes, reconciliations, accruals, as well as in the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER.
You are very proficient in Excel.
You are characterised by a strong hands-on mentality, willingness to learn, and curiosity, and can quickly familiarise yourself with new specialist topics.
Very good German skills at least at C2 level and good English skills at least at B1 level complete your profile.
