Manager of an Assembly Cell and the Electrical Workshop
Your mission
As the manager of the "Jetting" assembly cell and the electrical workshop, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the two teams to ensure production is completed on time, with quality and according to defined priorities.
You
A technician in the field of electricity, electronics, automation or mechanics with at least 4-5 years of professional experience, you feel ready to manage and integrate a competent and rigorous team to best meet our clients’ expectations.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the cable laying machine assembly teams and the electrical workshop.
- Organise human resources, plan priorities, monitor performance, train and inform employees.
- Analyse and schedule manufacturing orders according to production plan priorities.
- Manage workshop workload/capacity by anticipating needs and optimising organisation.
- Ensure machine compliance taking into account the evolution of bill of materials.
- Establish and maintain reliable assembly documentation.
Continuous improvement:
- Actively contribute to improving organisation, work methods and workshop performance by proposing technical, organisational and methodological solutions.
- Develop concrete solutions to facilitate assembly, optimise flows and strengthen team versatility.
Profile sought
- Technical training (CFC or equivalent minimum) in electricity, electronics, automation or mechanics, with industrial experience in assembly/production.
- Ability to supervise a team or experience as a workshop manager.
- Good analytical skills, sense of organisation, planning and priority management.
- Proficiency with IT/ERP tools and ability to read diagrams, electrical plans and assembly drawings.
- Autonomous, responsible, communicative, unifying profile and comfortable in urgent situations.
