Independent Real Estate Broker (100%)

Your responsibilities

• Active acquisition and prospecting of sales and rental mandates
• Advising and supporting clients throughout the transaction process
• Writing and enhancing property presentation materials
• Promoting properties through various communication and marketing channels
• Developing and maintaining a client network
• Mediating and negotiating between sellers and buyers
• Conducting market analyses and property valuations

Your profile

• Proactive attitude and genuine passion for real estate
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation ability
• Initiative, team spirit, and ease with digital tools
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken
• Financial basis to start as an independent
• Ability to make entrepreneurial decisions
• Category B driving licence
• A local professional network is an asset
• Impeccable reputation

Profile of experienced brokers:

• Proven and successful experience in property sales
• Training in the real estate field appreciated
• In-depth knowledge of the market and real estate regulations
