Do you want to actively develop a modern IT infrastructure and take responsibility for operations, projects, and new technologies? In this versatile role, you will manage complex Microsoft and network environments, shape infrastructure projects, and contribute significantly to a secure and stable IT operation.
Responsibilities:
You take technical responsibility for operating an extensive Microsoft infrastructure and support the 3rd-level support.
You operate, maintain, and optimise server, network, and telephony environments at multiple locations.
You ensure the secure and smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure and continuously develop it further.
You actively participate in infrastructure projects and take on the management of sub-projects or independent IT projects.
You evaluate new technologies, develop architectural concepts, and successfully implement innovative solutions.
You maintain the ticketing system as well as the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure thorough documentation.
You work closely with internal departments and external partners and support the continuous optimisation of the system landscape.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and have professional experience in system engineering.
You possess solid knowledge in operating Windows Server, Microsoft infrastructures, and network technologies.
Ideally, you have experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Veeam, ESET, Endpoint Central, PaperCut, WatchGuard, Cambium Networks, or Innovaphone.
You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented.
You convince with a high level of customer and service orientation.
You have very good German and good English skills.
