Designer Electrical Components HF 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Design and development of electrical components for high-voltage electrical systems considering current technical standards

• Creation of 3D models and comprehensive technical documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes

• Performing calculations and simulations to validate design drafts

• Support of prototypes and series developments from the initial design to series maturity

• Optimisation of existing designs regarding functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability

• Close coordination with suppliers and internal departments such as development, manufacturing, and quality assurance

• Participation in the selection of suitable materials and components

• Support in fault analysis and implementation of improvement measures

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, designer, possibly further education HF/FH in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical education with corresponding further training

• Several years of professional experience in the design of electrical machines

• Sound knowledge of CAD

• Good understanding of electrical engineering contexts and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge in the application of relevant standards and guidelines

• Structured and independent working style

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
