Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are seeking an experienced leader for a central role in a versatile and professionally organised company. Our partner combines economic responsibility with a broad field of activity and values sustainable and forward-looking corporate management. In your role, you will take on a key position in financial control, support the management in important decisions and actively shape the further development of the company.

Responsibilities:

• You bear overall responsibility for finance and accounting and ensure correct accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and relevant regulations

• You are responsible for budgeting, financial planning and controlling and prepare meaningful decision-making bases for the management and executives

• You monitor liquidity, financing and funding requirements and support various departments with financial questions

• You support management with financial and economic issues and additionally take on responsibility for data protection

Qualifications:

• You have a solid education in finance and accounting or controlling

• You have many years of professional experience as well as several years of leadership experience

• You bring experience in leading and implementing projects and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form are required
