Exciting tasks await:

• Technical and operational responsibility for our endpoint management platforms as well as ensuring a secure, stable and economical operation throughout the entire service lifecycle
• Designing, implementing and continuously further developing our client platforms with a focus on standardisation and automation
• Planning and accompanying changes, releases and rollouts while adhering to the highest security and compliance standards
• Sustainably analysing complex incidents and problems to continuously increase stability, security and service quality
• Developing technical concepts and decision bases, implementing agreed solutions and presenting recommendations to specialist committees and decision-makers; representing the Client Engineering lead in their absence
• Actively promoting innovations in close collaboration with architecture, information security, M365, IT operations and other stakeholders

What you bring:

• Higher education in the field of computer science (Bachelor, HF, FH, federal diploma etc.)
• Several years of experience in client engineering or endpoint management in an enterprise environment as well as sound knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows client management, Ivanti UWM and software packaging (PSADT); relevant certifications (e.g. MD-102) are a plus
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and ideally Microsoft Graph API as well as experience in automating operational processes; an ITIL (V4) Foundation certification is advantageous
• Sound knowledge in endpoint security, client hardening, security baselines, application control as well as patch and update management
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, quick comprehension and networked thinking
• A curious, communicative and team-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
