YOUR CHALLENGE:

• You are the face of Sunrise and attract our customers with your positive attitude, expert advice, and the sale of our many Sunrise products.
• You build lasting relationships with customers and ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the store.
• You assist customers with repairs and after-sales service, demonstrating professionalism and always seeking the best solution.
• You keep an overview of stock and inventory and efficiently complete administrative tasks.
• You embody and represent Sunrise’s values: innovation, customer proximity, and premium service.

YOUR SKILLS:

• You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in telecommunications or multimedia, or you are a motivated candidate from another field with a keen sales sense.
• You are enthusiastic about technology, telecommunications, and digital trends.
• Your passion for sales is palpable and your professional attitude makes you a true sales expert.
• You enjoy contact with people and quickly identify their needs.
• Thanks to your patience and technical knowledge, you will become a daily hero for our customers.
• You have very good knowledge of French; any other language is a plus.
• You demonstrate great flexibility, reliability, and openness for a constantly evolving sector.
