Altrajob supports its client, a family-run company from Fribourg active in the construction sector and specialised in concrete solutions. To strengthen its teams, we are looking for a:
French-German Receptionist M/F
>>> Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, clients and colleagues
- Organising and managing the daily activities of the reception
- Participating in various administrative tasks and ensuring the follow-up of different work equipment
- Collaborating with the production, sales and project management departments
- Taking part in internal meetings and contributing to their organisation
- Participating in the preparation and organisation of events
>>> Profile:
With a professional qualification or experience in administration or secretarial work, you ideally have 4 years of experience in a similar role.
You are proficient in MS Office and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
As a native German or French speaker, you have good knowledge of the other language, both spoken and written (minimum level B2).
You demonstrate autonomy, proactivity and an excellent sense of service.

- A permanent contract between 40% and 60%
- A salary (at 100%) of 4,500 to 5,000 gross monthly x 13
- A position within a family business, with a pleasant working atmosphere
- A free parking space available
- Support for initial and ongoing training, in time and/or funding
- 25 to 30 days of holiday, depending on your age
