Experienced engineers are needed where it gets technically demanding. That is exactly where you will be deployed. You manage customer environments and continuously develop them. Microsoft systems, virtual desktops and firewall solutions are part of your toolkit. You carry out maintenance in a planned manner and support customer teams in their daily business. As a 3rd-level instance, you solve what others fail to.
Responsibilities:
You manage your customers and further develop their IT environments
You install and manage IT solutions based on Microsoft Windows (server/client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems and firewall solutions
You plan and carry out maintenance
You support customer teams in their daily work
You take on 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
Additionally, you support employees with technical concerns
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in system engineering
You have strong analytical skills
You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 (including Intune, MDM, Teams) as well as virtualisation solutions
You are motivated to develop personally and professionally
You organise yourself independently and keep an overview
You are empathetic, treat colleagues and customers with respect and communicate very well in German and English
