Embedded Software Engineer - Safety, C/C++ & Secure Automation (m/f/d)

You design robust software architectures and technical designs for safety-critical embedded products.
You formulate requirements for embedded components and implement them in multi-channel firmware for safety sensors.
You develop and extend C/C++ software for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers and accompany prototypes through to commissioning.
You define and implement module, function, and integration tests and further develop automated CI/CT processes.
You strengthen standardisation, modularisation, and reusability while ensuring safety, availability, and traceability.
Qualifications:
You have completed a university of applied sciences or bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical field.
You bring 2-3 years of experience in embedded development as well as very good C/C++ knowledge.
You are familiar with ARM Cortex-M or comparable microcontrollers and are acquainted with UML and common architectural patterns.
You have practical experience with unit/integration tests and ideally automated testing procedures, interfaces, or sensor technology.
You are interested in functional safety and secure coding and ideally know IEC 61508, IEC 62443, MISRA-C, or CERT C; very good German completes your profile.
