Responsibilities

Design & Development:

• Design parts and sub-assemblies (mechanical, sheet metal, hydraulic).
• Create execution drawings with functional dimensioning and ensure industrial feasibility.

Technical Data Management:

• Create and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
• Ensure strict synchronisation between PLM and ERP.

Project Follow-up & R&D Support:

• Actively collaborate with other departments and suppliers.
• Maintain infrastructures dedicated to R&D.

Support to Operational Departments:

• Update exploded views and assembly procedures in the new CAD software.
• Create assembly instructions for production lines.
• Create and modify exploded views of coffee machine components.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person capable of moving from a functional requirement to a detailed and feasible construction. You work with precision, method and practical sense.

• Federal VET Diploma as a designer-constructor or equivalent training considered.
• Excellent mastery of CAD tools (Siemens NX or similar).
• Rigor, autonomy and solution orientation.
• Proactivity, technical curiosity and willingness for continuous learning.
• Team spirit, interpersonal ease and adaptability.
• Languages: Fluent French; proficiency in English is an asset.
