For our client, we are looking for a motivated individual as a HR Business Partner who looks after around 15 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and the Romandie. No day is like the other - you are on the move, close to the teams and actively shape HR

.What to expect

You are the first point of contact for around 300-400 employees and support them in HR matters.

You prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations and references - legally correct and with great sensitivity.

You also conduct demanding conversations and find suitable solutions together with managers.

You accompany employees throughout their entire employee journey - from the first day of work to departure. (Payroll administration is not part of your area.)

You advise and support managers in all HR questions and are a sparring partner on equal footing.

? You ensure that labour law requirements as well as the LGAV Gastronomy are complied with.

You support the recruitment of new talents and ensure a successful start in the company.

You regularly travel to the various locations and appreciate direct exchange with the teams.

What do I need to be successful?

• Very good French skills or bilingualism (German/French) in spoken and written form for the professional support of the French-speaking locations and employees

• Solid SAP knowledge

• Experience in a comparable position as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or in a similar HR consulting role

• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills, especially in challenging conversation situations

• Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working
