Accounting Specialist - Eastern Switzerland (m/f/d)

You process creditor invoices including checking, coding, posting and filing
You create debtor invoices and manage dunning procedures
You clarify open or unclear creditor and debtor items with internal and external contacts
You support monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual financial statements
You prepare VAT returns or create them independently
You contribute to cost centre accounting and evaluation of ongoing projects or construction sites
You additionally take on administrative and organisational tasks and support management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in finance and accounting or in a comparable role
Very good MS Office skills and especially confident use of Excel
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Precise, efficient and reliable working style as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
