You have leadership experience, organisational talent and a desire to make a difference in concrete product manufacturing? For alphabeton AG in Büron, we are looking for an Operations Manager (a) who leads around 50 employees, organises the daily production routine and takes responsibility. You can expect a versatile key position with plenty of scope for creativity, short decision-making paths and a well-coordinated team. 

What you will achieve

• Leading and supporting around 50 employees in the production area
• Ensuring smooth collaboration and organisation in daily production
• Coordinating and handling personnel and operational matters
• Contributing to the further development of products, processes and workflows
• Monitoring quality, occupational safety as well as cost and deadline targets

What you bring with you

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in production and/or in the main or secondary construction sector
• Technical basic training as well as technical or business management further education
• Structured, proactive and appreciative leadership personality with organisational skills
• IT-savvy and open to new digital solutions
