IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

In this role as ICT Supporter / System Administrator, you take on responsibility and actively shape processes. You are responsible for supporting and administering systems and seek ways to improve them. Your goal is to optimise processes and continuously further your education. You are an ambitious individual with a forward-looking perspective and are seeking a role where you can fully commit yourself.
Responsibilities:
You support employees with hardware and software issues in first-level support
In this role, you manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, cloud services, and Google Workspace
As an IT System Administrator, you monitor the IT infrastructure, server, and network systems
You evaluate and procure hardware as well as manage licences
In this role, you raise awareness among employees in the area of IT security
As a system administrator, you promote and optimise digital collaboration with Google Workspace
Qualifications:
You have completed basic training as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ with several years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
You bring solid knowledge in the support area, especially in client/server architectures and Windows, and ideally experience with Google Workspace and network fundamentals.
You enjoy continuous learning, for example through a started or planned further education to obtain the federal specialist certificate ICT Platform Development Specialist.
You are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and independent, with strong communication skills and a cool head in hectic situations.
You have good technical knowledge to solve problems independently.
You are looking for a challenge where you can apply your skills.
You are fluent in German.
