Role:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed individual as a Project Manager / Construction Manager for Building Construction to independently manage diverse construction projects from cost estimation to completion. In this central role, you form the interface between planning and execution, coordinate planning teams and contractors, and ensure a smooth project process. You take responsibility for costs, deadlines, and execution quality while also having the opportunity to develop professionally and entrepreneurially in a small, dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Independent management and leadership of building construction projects from cost estimation to completion

• Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and project progress

• Coordination between planning, construction management, and execution

• Organisation and leadership of planning teams and external project participants

• Preparation, conduct, and minute-taking of project and construction meetings

• Creation and management of tenders and bids

• Obtaining, checking, and comparing contractor offers

• Support with awards and contract conclusions

• Coordination and leadership of contractors and craftsmen on site

• Monitoring execution regarding quality, costs, and deadlines

• Conducting construction inspections, acceptance, and handovers

• Support and coordination of a project-assigned construction management

• Active participation in the further development of project processes, standards, and internal procedures

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture/building construction or training in the main construction trade

• Further training as a construction manager, technician HF construction planning or comparable qualification completed or already started

• Several years of professional experience in construction management and realisation of building construction projects

• Good knowledge of tendering, construction process, cost and schedule management

• Confident handling of common office and project management applications

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• High sense of responsibility and organisational talent

• Assertive and communicative personality

• Enjoyment of working in a small, agile project team

• Very good German language skills spoken and written
