Role:
In this role, you are the first point of contact for all IT questions and ensure smooth operations with your solution-oriented thinking. You support employees with technical concerns, advise them directly and thus contribute to a reliable IT infrastructure at all times. You are responsible for efficiently analysing faults, finding suitable solutions and communicating these clearly. You combine technical know-how with a service-oriented attitude and keep an overview even in demanding situations. In this way, you make an important contribution to optimally supporting daily work and ensuring high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for employees and take on first- and second-level support by phone, ticket system and on site.
- In this role, you analyse faults, resolve them independently or coordinate further processing with the responsible specialist departments.
- As IT support and customer service, you look after numerous computer workstations as well as clinical and administrative applications and ensure smooth operation.
- You install, configure and maintain hardware, software, network components as well as communication and peripheral devices.
- In this role, you ensure that hardware, software, licence and inventory data are kept complete and up to date.
- As IT support and customer service, you competently advise employees on IT concerns, recognise their needs and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development, operational IT or ICT specialist) or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in IT support as well as in the care of Windows client environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/MECM or similar technologies; experience with the ERP system Opale is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in contact with people, focusing on the needs of employees
- Communication skills: friendly, clear and at eye level even in demanding situations
- Independent, reliable and structured working style combined with team spirit, initiative and willingness to learn
