IT Project Lead (m/f/d)

You lead demanding IT projects and confidently guide the involved teams through all phases.
You manage capacities, schedules, and costs while keeping the project goals in sight.
You are responsible for technical concepts, requirements, dependencies, and quality assurance.
You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and create clear decision-making bases.
You moderate workshops, promote exchange, and ensure transparent project communication.
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, IT project management, or comparable practical experience.
You bring several years of experience in leading or co-responsibility for IT initiatives.
You are familiar with HERMES 2022 and common modelling and documentation methods such as UML, BPMN, or user stories.
You think analytically, connectively, and quickly find your way in complex subject areas.
You convince through initiative, consulting competence, and strong communication skills in very good German.
