IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of IT systems. You analyse technical requirements, configure hardware and software, and ensure that all systems run stably, securely, and efficiently. You also plan and oversee updates, migrations, and optimisations, ensuring that disruptions are resolved efficiently. As a professional, you contribute your expertise to improve processes and realise sustainable technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
You support system administrators and end users with technical issues
You install, configure, and maintain clients, servers, networks, and firewalls
You analyse and resolve disruptions and ensure a stable IT operation
You take on monitoring, IT security, and handle the ticketing system
Together with the team, you further develop the IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
Training as a System Technician EFZ or equivalent with several years of experience
Good knowledge in the mentioned IT areas
A structured, efficient working style and hands-on mentality distinguish you
German written and spoken fluently and good English skills
