Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineering Draughtsperson, your main tasks will include:

• Preparation of project, execution, detail, formwork and reinforcement plans.
• Design of earthworks and special works plans.
• Taking measurements on site.
• Site monitoring and inspections.
• Close collaboration with engineers to develop suitable solutions.
• Participation in design and 3D modelling.
• Ensuring project follow-up from start to finish in collaboration with project managers.
• Compliance with current standards and regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a civil engineering draughtsperson or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software (Allplan essential, BIM an asset, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction and infrastructure standards.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
