Electrical Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager who wants to take responsibility and realise established projects. You will work in the canton of Thurgau, take on leadership tasks, project responsibility, and look after the regular customers.

Your tasks:

• Management of projects for long-standing regular customers

• Responsibility and leadership of a profit centre with a focus on costs, profitability, and claims management

• Leadership, planning, and organisation of the team

• Consultation and support of the existing customer network as well as expansion of the customer base

• Coordination and negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other involved companies

• Preparation of offers and presentations to customers

• Ensuring compliance with execution deadlines and monitoring execution quality

• Deployment planning, preliminary work planning, and material procurement for own projects

• Cost management, advance payments, and billing of projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as an electrical installer or electrical planner with completed further training as an electrical project manager or comparable qualification

• Strong understanding of business management contexts, numerical flair, and entrepreneurial thinking

• You are a doer with initiative who contributes and realises own ideas

• Outgoing, communicative personality

• Empathy and enjoyment in leading employees

• Solid MS Office skills (experience in SAP and Canoo Volta is an advantage)

• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
