HR Manager 80-100%

For our long-standing and successful client in the legal sector in the city of Zurich, we are looking for an HR Manager 80-100%.

Your tasks

• Advising supervisors and employees throughout the entire HR employee lifecycle
• Recruitment
• Handling salary and insurance matters including billing and declaration
• Responsibility for commercial apprentices and interns
• Ensuring personnel administration from A to Z, managing two employees
• Project collaboration

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, supplemented by a higher professional HRM qualification
• Several years of experience in a similar position, including trainer experience
• Very high IT affinity
• German at native level, very good English, French highly advantageous
