Role:
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you develop powerful IT solutions for various customer requirements. You analyse existing environments, develop suitable infrastructure concepts and are responsible for the technical implementation of complex systems in the areas of Microsoft, networking, storage and cloud.
In this role, you take responsibility in varied IT projects and contribute your expertise to the further development of modern data centre and cloud infrastructures. The focus is on high solution quality, reliable systems and a collaborative partnership with customers.
Responsibilities:
Analyse customer requirements and develop suitable IT concepts
Planning, installation and operation of complex Microsoft, server, storage and cloud infrastructures
Support and further development of network and security solutions
Participation in IT projects as well as coordination and management of selected initiatives
Contribution to the expansion and extension of geo-redundant data centre systems
Qualifications:
Basic IT training with certification as MCSE, CCA or CCEA
Further training as an IT technician HF/TS is an advantage
Several years of experience with Microsoft client and server environments
Very good practical experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud products
Sound knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN and TCP/IP
Strong customer orientation, independent working style as well as high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Good German language skills
