What awaits you

• Monitoring and development of a portfolio of AXA agencies in the Non-Life private and corporate sectors.
• Daily exchange and coordination with the private and corporate Back-Office staff for routine matters.
• Collaboration with underwriting for the preparation of offers and the definition of conditions related to the various branches of the Non-Life sector.
• Monitoring cases, handling adaptation tasks, combating cancellations and maintaining the portfolio.
• Handling special requests (troubleshooting) such as: special solutions, counter-cases, claims, goodwill gestures, claims files, collections, etc.
• Regular visits and occasional organisation of training sessions at assigned agencies. Representation at internal and external professional events.

What you bring

• A basic training in insurance with solid technical knowledge, as well as several years of practical experience ideally in the distribution sector.
• AFA certification is highly desirable. A federal diploma as a private insurance specialist or a degree in insurance economics is an asset.
• Team spirit, excellent social skills, as well as the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical and forecasting skills, great adaptability and openness to change.
• Ease of public speaking and knowledge of interview, communication and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of the Non-Life private and corporate market, as well as the various actors that compose it.
• Fluency in French (native speaker or equivalent level). Knowledge of German is an asset.
