Shop Employee Telecommunications

For our client, an established company in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for a sales-strong and customer-oriented personality starting 01.07.2026.

Tasks

• Sale of services and products in the telecommunications sector
• Competent advice and support of customers in the shop
• Active customer approach and needs assessment
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Handling customer concerns and administrative tasks
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation as well as order in the shop
• Management of stock and inventory

Requirements

• Proven experience in active sales is essential
• Enjoyment of customer contact and pronounced sales talent
• Open, communicative and proactive personality
• Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Neat and professional appearance
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays
