Business Analyst Private Banking FR-EN

who will take on a cross-functional role within their organisation, covering various areas touching several departments of the bank, whether at the front, middle or back office level.

The role does not specifically require technical skills; understanding and experience of private banking activities are the key to the position.

As an interface between users and IT specialists, you will be responsible for translating business needs into IT solutions and then monitoring the implementation of projects approved by the company management.

Although your main responsibility will be business analysis, you will also be called upon in some cases to take on the role of Product Owner as well as project manager.

Profile sought

• Master's degree from a university, university of applied sciences or engineering school in economics or computer science
• More than 10 years of professional experience as a business analyst
• At least 5 years of experience within a private bank or asset manager
• Experience as a Product Owner will be highly appreciated as well as in project management
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to create a strong team spirit, ability to unite
• Very good oral and written command of French and English
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit or citizen of the European Union
