System Technology Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You support internal employees in daily IT support.
- In this role, you operate and monitor the server and network infrastructure including backup, patch management, and documentation.
- You set up and maintain office and home office workstations as well as meeting rooms.
- As a system technology specialist, you continuously develop the IT infrastructure in internal projects.
- You implement security and compliance requirements (including ISO 27001) together with internal responsible parties and coordinate with external partners.
- In this role, you carry out planned maintenance work outside office hours and provide technical support to customer advisors in customer projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training (EFZ, HF or FH) or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in operating and further developing IT infrastructures
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory) as well as experience with Linux servers, ideally with automation tools such as Ansible
- In-depth experience in virtualisation, preferably with Proxmox VE, as well as in operating networks and firewalls
- Good knowledge of storage and backup solutions, advantageously with NetApp, as well as basic knowledge in monitoring and client/server deployment
- Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style as well as very good German and good English skills
