Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the planning and project management of demanding sanitary systems. You will be responsible for small to large building services projects from the initial study through planning and tendering to implementation and handover to the client. In addition to independent project work, you will take on the spatial specialist coordination and site management and coordinate closely with clients, architects, and other building services disciplines. The position combines technical planning with overall project responsibility and offers development opportunities within building services.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of sanitary and building services projects from study to handover
Assuming overall project management for small, medium, and large projects
Planning and designing drinking water, wastewater, hot water, and sanitary technical systems
Performing dimensioning, calculations, and technical variant comparisons
Creating project, execution, and detail plans as well as system schematics with Trimble Nova
Preparing tenders, specifications, and technical descriptions
Conducting spatial specialist coordination with HVACSE, architecture, and structural planning
Participating in and representing sanitary planning professionally at project, client, and specialist planner meetings
Taking on site management tasks, site inspections, and quality checks during implementation
Supporting commissioning, acceptance, and handover as well as checking final documentation
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs within assigned projects
Professional support and mentoring of apprentices in building services planning
Qualifications:
Completed training as Building Services Planner: Sanitary EFZ
Several years of professional experience in planning and realising sanitary technical systems in the Swiss market
Experience in project or overall project management of building services projects
Solid knowledge in sanitary planning, tendering, specialist coordination, and site management
Good user skills in Trimble Nova, CAD, and MS Office
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, SVGW guidelines, and Swiss building services standards
Good German language skills spoken and written
