Accounting Collaborator on Fixed-Term Contract

About the job

For our accounting department, due to an upcoming maternity leave, the Vidymed Group is looking for a 100% accounting collaborator for a fixed term.

Contract duration: From 1 December 2026 to 31 July 2027

Your main tasks:

• Ensure the general accounting of several entities within the Group.
• Manage accounting operations from A to Z, from entry of records to control and account justification.
• Handle the processing and follow-up of supplier invoices as well as debtors.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account monitoring.
• Prepare and check VAT returns.
• Use the Abacus accounting software daily to ensure the monitoring and processing of accounting operations.
• Provide cover for the department secretary during their holidays.

Your profile:

• Holder of a commercial employee diploma.
• At least 10 years of experience in an accounting department.
• Proven experience in managing accounting from A to Z.
• Good knowledge of the Abacus accounting software.
• Autonomous, rigorous and organised person.
