Digital customer processes are long since more than classic CRM management. We are looking for a personality who understands business processes, uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 intelligently, and develops scalable digital solutions from customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and supporting companies in the further development of their CRM landscape
Analysis of sales, marketing, and service processes
Design of modern CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Translation of business requirements into technical and functional solution concepts
Optimisation of sales, customer service, and customer journey processes
Configuration and extension of Dynamics 365 applications
Development and optimisation of workflows, automations, and business rules
Support of CRM projects from requirements analysis to go-live
Integration of Dynamics 365 into existing system landscapes
Collaboration with business units, developers, and other stakeholders
Conducting workshops and presentations
Identification of new opportunities for process automation and digitalisation
Qualifications:
Degree or training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
Experience in consulting or implementing CRM systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Understanding of sales, marketing, or service processes
Experience with requirements engineering and process analysis
Interest in cloud technologies and modern business software
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Ability to mediate between business and IT
Enjoyment of challenging customer projects and digital transformation initiatives
