Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is one of the leading companies for construction and real estate services in Switzerland. The business units Business Development, Developments, General Services and Renovations deal with the conception and realisation of development projects with uses of all kinds and investment volumes of any size.
Responsibilities:
You independently develop, plan, coordinate and implement interior construction projects in the field of building services engineering
You competently advise and support our customers throughout the entire project process
You assist the team in developing solutions, cost calculations and tender documents in the HVAC field
You create and monitor project schedules, ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines, and manage the HVAC subcontractors
You identify project risks early and initiate appropriate measures to minimise them
Qualifications:
You have completed training in building services engineering, ideally supplemented by further education in project and construction management
You have several years of professional experience in planning and realising technical interior fittings
You are characterised by strong communication skills and a high level of advisory competence towards customers and colleagues
You have an affinity for digital tools and are willing to use them for efficient project management
You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
