What you can achieve
- Independently checking and assessing SwissDRG, STReha, and Tarpsy cases is part of your daily work.
- For well-founded decisions, you conduct interdisciplinary case discussions with caseworkers and the trusted physician up to the legal department.
- You actively contribute to further developing the semi-automated coding review and quality.
- You derive appropriate measures from regulatory and tariff requirements.
What distinguishes you
- Several years of experience in medical coding and completed training as a Medical Coder
- Advanced medical or nursing education (certified nurse HF/FH, expert in anaesthesia care NDS HF, certified expert in intensive care NDS HF or similar) with several years of experience in an acute hospital
- Good analytical skills combined with an independent and structured approach
- Targeted communication skills as well as decisiveness and assertiveness
- German spoken and written – ideally French or Italian language skills
