Workstation Administrator / Workplace Windows – 100%
Within our IT department, you join a committed and expert team that works daily to ensure reliable and high-performing environments. In this key role, you actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and modernisation of our IT infrastructure.
What you do daily
You contribute to the management and evolution of workstations by automating the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of equipment via Microsoft Intune and MECM. You manage system images, updates, and the lifecycle of hardware and software, while administering associated devices such as videoconferencing systems, tablets, and company phones.
You ensure the security and compliance of equipment in collaboration with the IT Security teams. You provide user support by participating in the resolution of hardware and software incidents, document procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience through the simplification of access and digital services.
You participate in the modernisation of the work environment by automating processes and deploying new solutions. You collaborate closely with the Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Development teams, while supporting business units in analysing their needs and implementing digital transformation projects.
What you bring to the team
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in IT or an equivalent qualification and master the Windows environment as well as workstation management and deployment tools such as MECM, Intune, and Autopilot. You also possess skills in scripting and peripheral device management.
You are recognised for your analytical and incident resolution abilities. With good communication skills, you can explain technical concepts and collaborate effectively with various IT teams to ensure service quality.
Autonomous and meticulous, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate flexibility in constantly evolving environments. Your initiative, creativity, and analytical skills enable you to propose relevant solutions and support the continuous improvement of work environments.
